NVQ Level 4 Certification in Laser Hair Removal and Intense Pulse Light Therapy will prepare you to work as a laser technician for unwanted hair removal and skin rejuvenation.
There are some colleges out there that expect their students to build their own portfolio and arrange their own case studies. This can take at least 6 to 9 months to complete. At Beaulaz we provide you proven guidelines and help with your portfolio to make sure you’re ready to gain your certificate quicker. In other words we are there for you every step on the way.
Our NVQ level 4 qualification covers all theory – practical and assessments during class time. All students must be willing to participate with one another during practical sessions.
As self-study you shall be required to submit assignments on our online e- portfolio.
Please note students must arrange their own models for assessment.
There are two options available for this course depending on your experience with Lasers/IPL:
4 consecutive days
The course is very intense and meant for experienced beauty therapists who have worked with lasers and have at least a Level 2/3 qualification. Although this is not compulsory, we do recommend it. We have a 100% passing rate because we coach you until you complete the course and pass the assessments.
6 weeks held once a week or 8 weeks once a week
This course is great for someone who would like a bit more of practical experience. This is slightly slower pace than 4 consecutive days.
Uniform Fee: White tunic/top required for both options. If you pay in full you will receive a 25% discount on the course fees.
Please note the centre holds no responsibility of providing models.
Installment Plan: We are open to discussing payment options; nevertheless, full payment must be received before the start date of the course. Longer options are available but then you will not be able to getl any discounts.
Please Note you are expected to do assessments on models in a realistic salon environment as per VTCT requirement. The college is not responsible in any way for finding models for students. This is solely the student’s responsibility.
